Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period.

Returning an Item
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item arrives faulty or is not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and cover postage costs, and offer a full refund or replacement where available.

Please note that all parts are used and may show signs of wear consistent with their age and use. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. If you are unsure about a part, please contact us before purchasing.
